Eliza Vedar (She/They) is a multifaceted sound designer, composer, music director, and pianist. Eliza’s work has been featured in theatrical productions at La Jolla Playhouse, TuYo Theatre, Diversionary Theatre, Moxie Theatre, Cygnet Theatre, New Village Arts, Common Ground Theatre and various educational institutions including: San Diego State University, CSU San Marcos, and University of San Diego.

They were Artist in Residence at CSU San Marcos Theatre Arts for the 2021-2022 academic year.

Eliza is part of the musical theatre writing duo "VegaVedar" with Mario Vega. They've written three musicals during their undergrad all performed and produced by SDSU's Teatro Azteca. They're currently working on their fourth musical "DayDreamer".

Eliza Vedar holds a Bachelors degree in Music Performance: Piano from San Diego State University.
